Review: "Vidal Sassoon" Shampoo and Conditioner

This is the first time I have use this brand of shampoo and conditioner.

I will share with you my experience.

How to Use:
    We all know that every product we bought has a label that says the proper usage or suggested process on how we use the product. I always read labels. I read the ingredients, the distributor/manufacturer. I read the possible result, or the expected result that the product claims to be.
    But I'll tell you, most of the times I don't follow instructions hehehe. (just being hard headed). I do follow instructions only if I am not familiar with the item or the use of the item. On gadgets or electronics especially. But to shampoo and conditioner? Ha! I have my own way. lol
My Usage:
    When shampooing, even sachets, I always do the following steps:

 

pour small quantity of shampoo in a dipper with water

you can control the amount of shampoo according to your need

whisk the shampoo with you hands until shampoo is dissolve and bubbles appear

shampoo is already mixed with water.

     Once mixture is done, that's when I massage it into my hair and scalp.  For conditioner, it's very simple.

    

pour an acceptable amount of conditioner into my palm.

apply into hair and lather

Rating:
    I will rate the shampoo according to it's function. 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest, and I will share why I rate such.
    Fragrance: (4/5)
       I give it a four (4) for both shampoo and conditioner. I believe that shampoos with lower frangrance contents are more effective than shampoos with too much fragrance. It smells so mild that you will love. Why 4 not 5? Because the smell after hair is dry doesn't long. So your hair don't smell fresh after long hours of work. :)
     Packaging:  (5/5)

      Oh I love the package. So unique. Not the usual round bottle or the rectangle one. It looks elegant. Big 5 for that.
      Performance: (4/5)
      Performance is commendable. I love the work it done to my hair. There is no tangle, no frizz and it was soft after few days of continuous usage.
      User friendly: (5/5)
      I'll give five to that. Yes it's very user friendly. User friendly in terms that it is not irritating to the eyes. Or was I just too careful??? lolz. :)
      Availability: (3/5)
     In terms of availability I'll give 3 to that or else lower. This brand is not available in small groceries and especially in sari-sari store. And since big groceries and supermarket is not available in neighborhood, user has to travel just to buy this brand. But it will comes in handy if you are in malls.
      Price: (4/5)
     It is affordable. I will surely buy this brand if it only is available in stores near us. :)
      Staying Power: (4/5)
     Since the smell is so mild I don't expect it to stay for long hours of busy day. And I was right. But it sure is refreshing and I'm sure I'm not smelly after a long day. luv luv..
    

Review: Strapless Slippers

     I first heard about strapless slippers about a couple of years back. I was skeptical about the idea of using one. I can't imagine how it would work. Until I found a store selling this kind of slipper for an affordable price. I bought one for myself to try out. 
     On the first day that I have used the slipper, here's what I've found.....

FAQ
    1. It is made of EVA material. The sole is weaved plain and ripple and vamp is either cloth pattern or silk printing pattern.
    2. It contains nontoxic special adhesive medicinal glue built into the sandal that sticks to your feet.
    3. Not advised for sensitive skin. I personally suggest that its also not best for watery feet (soles that almost always perspire).
    4. Never put the pair slippers face to face. Use the protective covering when storing or not using the sandals.
    5. Oils and lotions at the bottom of your feet is not advised. Always keep both feet and slipper dry.
    6. Sandals is reusable again and again.

How to Care:
   1. Keep out of dirt and dusty areas.
   2. In case the slipper is dirty and the adhesive seems no longer working, wash it with water and soap along with bristle brush and allow them to air dry completely. Best if you put them under the sun.
   3. Make sure the soap you are using is not hand or beauty soap that may have lotions or moisturizers in it.
   4. You can also use liquid dish washing soap. It works very well in preserving the adhesive.
   5. Always keep the slipper clean and dry.
   6. Do not machine wash. Hand wash only.

How to Use
    1. Peel off protective layer
    2. Make sure your feet are Clean and Dry
    3. Place heel first and step down onto treads
    4. To remove, gently peel off treads from sole. Never stick treads face to face
    5. When dirty, wash with soap and water and air dry.

Result
     1. No strap hassle
     2. No foot rub
     3. No flipflop
     4. No tan lines!!

Review
    I used my strapless slippers during our Christmas Party together with a leggings. That was great!!!. It works well with any outfit. I was planning on getting henna tattoo but time is essential and I don't have much to spare. The slipper is very eye catching!!! Yes, I have the attention of the party that day! Not that I enjoyed or not enjoyed them. I don't care about the attention. But I care about my fashion. (hahaha...parang totoo) 
    But to tell the truth, yes, I got the attention of my colleagues because of it. I know many are amazed but half of them are annoyed (smearing at me). Ha!!! Who cares?!?
    I have my slipper morning until afternoon. At first it was very strange. My feet feels so nude. But as time pass it seems like normal. Like I was just wearing something very very light. And it is very light. At the back of my mind I was thinking how to keep it to my feet until the end of the day. Since we were a bit busy (taking pictures of ourselves, lol) and running, walking here and there.... the slipper stays glued to my feet. I can even run with it. 
    The feeling take a 45-60 degree turn during the program. Since our program is in the gymnasium and area is dusty, the sides of the slipper where my feet cannot cover, gathered some dust and small stones. And sitting is not good either. In the afternoon, after long hours of sitting, the slipper seems like drying and air is penetrating my feet and the slipper. The glue cannot hold much better. I have to stand now and then to put my weight on the slipper to make sure it stays glued to my feet.
   After almost 8 hours, my feet is now sweating a few. Not much, just the left foot. So, a few sweat and a lot of dust for my new nude or strapless slippers. It almost give away. 
   At the end, I still went home with the slippers on my feet. But I will never ever use it again outdoor. 

      My findings...... the slippers will work well indoor. It will be best inside the house or the office. Best use to relax your feet from stressful shoes and heels but not compromising your soles for the cold of the floor.

GLAD TO BE GLOBE

I am a proud user/consumer of Globe.

  Fast transaction. Easy to use. Approachable Customer Service. That is my experience with Globe.

I am really glad that I have shifted to Globe years ago. 

  Now I don't have problem of losing loads with my prepaid phone, no slow or no internet connection. Any problem that occur is easily solve, that is only a call or text away. The customer service is always helpful.

  Before, while I was using a different service provider my regular load is always lost just after I load it. One time, I have called the customer service and yes they entertain me. They ask me to wait for 24 hours and the problem will be fixed. After 24 hours I called again since the problem is not yet fixed and the load is not returned. A customer service answered and ask me to wait a little while more. Forty-eight hours has passed and still the problem is not fixed. I called again and asked about the query I have made days ago, they pass my call to other department and still the problem is not fixed. The fourth time that I called was really ruthless. They have block my number and I couldn't call the customer service anymore. I was so pissed. That was a rude way to entertain a customer. I may not be a big customer but still I am a customer, am I wrong?

   

With globe I can access the net faster with Globe broadband.

I can buy and sell using Globe too. Glad they offer GCASH. Faster way to transact business. Very easy access to buy and pay via GCASH they are everywhere even in sari-sari store near you. I have been using GCASH on shopping online and also receiving payment on my online shop,

I can even buy load for my prepaid sim card using GCASH. No hastle. No worries.

I can't think of any reason why should I choose differently.

MALUNGGAY experience with Moringa - O2 (REVIEW)

Lately malunggay has become very popular in every corner of household kitchens. Almost everyone was so taken by this vegetable for it's nutrient contents. It was used in the kitchen of locals to professional chef.

In our province this malunggay can be found in every backyard, never knowing how useful this plant is. We use it mainly for simple dishes. But today, malunggay has been so popular that it was used to different products not only on dishes, it was also used in breads, soaps, and this time.... lotion.

Moringa - O² is a herbal lotion that the main ingredient is malunggay extract. It contains Olive Oil and Omega that protect the skin from the direct heat of the sun thus, making the skin smooth and nourished. Moringa - O² also softens the skin. Malungay extract also helps prevent the skin from early aging which makes you look younger. I usually put on lotion after bath to prevent skin from dryness. The packing is great to carry wherever I go. So, Moringa - O² becomes a part of my everyday bag. I always carry it with me. It is my addiction to put on lotion whenever my skin gets sapple and if I have been under the heat for long hours.

It has mild fragrance. Smell fresh and yes, it smells like you get a handful of malunggay leaf and crushed them with your bare hands. No poignant feelings, no pungent odor. It absorbs easily by the skin. Not sticky nor greasy instead it moisten your skin. There is nothing to dislike about this product.

     A hundred (100) points was awarded to me when I joined and registered at Sample Room. I was excited in choosing which to buy with my points.

     In the end I have chosen two items to try. I wanted to make sure I make the best out of my money (for shipping charge.) So I maximize the points I have.

Here are the two Items I selected:

1. AHAVA ESSENTIAL DAY MOISTURIZER and
2. VENUS & MARS MINERAL EYESHADOW
 

 

 AHAVA ESSENTIAL DAY MOISTURIZER

   I have chosen this one for the fact that my face needs a cream or a moisturizer before anything can be put on it. Sample for this product worth 75 points. It is costly considering that I only have 100 points to consume for samples. But there is nothing else that interest me in that time. The other products available are not for me or my age. 

    Although I was hesitant to buy this one, I was happy I did what I did. AHAVA did a great job to my face. Although I have normal facial skin and sometimes oily, this moisturizer really moisturizes my skin without the oiliness. It does not make my face shiny. It also serves as my primer for my make up. I used it before applying my pressed powder and it absorbs so easily that I didn't have to wait minutes before applying anything else. Once I spread the cream to my face I always followed it with pressed powder. And even the pressed powder foam didn't get sticky after use. It's really great a product. Very well recommended.

    Before, whenever I use a cream after shower, my skin still gets dry. But with AHAVA, my face stayed moisturize the whole day. My blemishes were reduced after applying and with continued use, now that I almost consumed the 15ml sample, I noticed a soft, clearer, and rosy chicks I have. Such a great change. And yes, I definitely will look for it in stores. Great effect on my facial skin and I admit, I really look better now.. :)

VENUS AND MARS MINERALS

There are two reasons for  why I have bought it together with AHAVA:
      1. I was in love with the color. (picture doesn't show the real color because of poor quality camera.)
     2. Only cost 20 points for a 2.5g sample jar. Suits very well with my available points..hehe.

     I don't always use eye shadows. I do only if I am going to attend any programs or parties. My everyday make up is always lipstick, facial cream and powder. And sometimes if I felt like putting eye shadows on. (tipong trip trip lang). 
     There is no regret in buying this product except that it is messy for me. A lot of powder were wasted every time I open the bottle.
      what i love about v&m minerals:
a. The color is great, so vibrant. (will best fit specially for fair skin tone)
b. It is very pigmented that you only have to apply little and it will already look great.
c. Very cute packaging. (lolz)
d. No irritation, no tickles after use.
e. Lasting effect. Doesn't fade quickly. I have to apply only once for the whole eight (8) hours.
f. And lastly, it does not spread once it is already properly applied on your eyelids, (messy only on packaging but not when already applied on.)
